How to use it

Shake well before use.  Apply to all exposed skin.  Repeated application may be necessary in infested areas.

We feature it in our Bye Bye Bug because of its known benefits. Distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia, lavender oil promotes relaxation. Lavender essential oil smells divine and has been traditionally used for repelling insects, such as mosquito’s.  Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular and versatile essential oils used in aromatherapy.

Organic Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree oil has been used in traditional aboriginal medicine for centuries.  It’s used by crushing the tea tree leaves to extract the oil which is then inhaled to treat coughs and colds or applied directly to the skin for healing. We love using it for the strong fresh scent and it’s powerful addition repelling properties in Bye Bye Bug.

Organic Spearmint Oil

The mint family are a powerful herb for repelling mosquitos. Most plants contain compounds that they use in preventing attack from phytophagous (plant eating) insects. These chemicals fall into several categories including constituents that repel insects.  Spearmint oil is a natural repellent that deters mosquitos.
