Boots

Boots was named after his comically large feet, which he is forever tripping over. Clumsiness aside, however, Boots has the most prized nose of all the Nana Huchy hounds. In his younger & more vulnerable years he worked as a truffle dog in Italy, where he spent long days gallivanting through the tall Tuscan forests, sniffing out the rarest & tastiest truffles. Now he lives in Tasmania, where he works as a part-time truffle hunter.

Boots the Pup would just love to be an acrobat and performer like his nimble friend, Buddy the Pup, but unfortunately he has inherited his dear dad Boots the Dog’s two left feet and comical clumsiness. No matter, though, Boots the Pup has his own talents, the most striking of which is his stellar baking abilities. Cookies, liver treats, pavlovas, apple pie—Boots the Pup can whip up any tasty treat. He is even set to be a contestant on the next season of Junior Masterchef!
