Formulated with:
Magnesium + sodium + potassium: magnesium supports electrolyte balance and nerve and muscle function.
Methylated Folate & Vitamin B6: containing a bioavailable source of folate alongside vitamin B6, nutrients involved in energy metabolism and general wellness.
Vitamin C: helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and support immunity.

Zero sugar, no artificial colours, full of flavour. The Hydramama range offers clean, refreshing hydration support.

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Bioavailable Methylated Folate
Contains bioavailable folate (50µg per serve, 25% RDI). Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation, and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
