Bliss Boosters are your easy & time effective option (no baking required) when your looking for a delicious way to assist with boosting your milk supply.
This 375g packet mix only requires 3 ingredients to be added in!
1 cup of peanut butter (is our recommendation) or a nut butter of your choice
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of honey
Milky Goodness' NO BAKE Dairy Free Bliss Boosters will make between 20-24 boosters and is packed full of natural galactagogues including Flaxseed, Brewers Yeast & Oats which help to boost & support your milk supply while breastfeeding
Recommended consumption is 1-2 Bliss Boosters per day.
Once made store in an airtight container in the fridge.
